Location Guidance
Relocating to a New City means you are switching to a New Life Style altogether. But Mumbai has its own style (ishytle), it makes you comfortable for sure but it may take a few days to get to the right people and the right location for housing.

If you are looking to be in Mumbai and you are looking at transferring to a New or an Existing job, then be very careful on negotiating your HRA with your HRD Director.

Mumbai is termed as one of the most expensive cities to reside in the world and of course it has its own charm and opportunities as well.

It is imperative to know your budgets and also have a fair idea on the prices prevailing in Mumbai in different areas and locations.

We will advice you by beginning with the Golden Rules of Relocation which are devised by Our CEO, Mr.Sandeep Sadh who has been in the relocation business for over 13 Years in Mumbai and responsible in housing mostly families coming from out of Mumbai be it the Junior, Senior Executives or the Expatriates flying in from UK, USA and other parts of the world.

Relocation Unwritten Rules:

KIDS FIRST WIFE SECOND HUSBAND THIRD

It is tough for any one relocating to Mumbai to get a good school admission, the effort is too much and unless you are not in Very Senior Management of a Company you will have to do the effort yourself to get your kids educated.

By going through our regularly updated lease rate section on Residential Properties across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai you will be able to get a fair idea on what are the prices available.

Do not hesitate to call us if you need more information and surely do drop in a mail if you need a fresh list of properties. Most of the properties on our website are updated regularly but we would advice if you could mail us on ssadh@realestatemumbai.com if you need a Company Lease Accommodation or an Individual Apartment. Check out the difference between the various apartments available for Sizes and Furnishings etc.

In Mumbai, the biggest challenge is commuting during Monsoons, taking a train between 8 AM to 11 AM from any suburban station to Churchgate or VT or driving in Peak Time hours and especially if you are doing a West East Commute (E.g. Andheri West to Andheri East) or a North South Commute (E.g. Andheri to Churchgate)
