Grade A


Grade A buildings are generally considered to be best in their own ways, with strategic location, high quality finish, elevation, features and of course the tenant profile. Maker Maxity, The Capital, One BKC are examples of A grade buildings in Bandra East. Peninsula Corporate Park, Lower Parel, Kanakia Atrium – Andheri East are good examples of A grade offices spaces.


Grade B


Grade B buildings do at times live up to the standard of Grade A buildings, but often they are located in an off beat location and hence they are classified as Grade B Buildings for Corporate office spaces in Mumbai.
