This Office Premises is made to the Specific Requirements of our Client M/s Valuable Reserves (India) Pvt. Ltd. The Company is in the Business of Online Lottery.

Being a Start up Company and looking forward for a further expansion in the near future, they did'nt wanted to invest in furnishing the Premises. Keeping this in mind we procured this premises for them where the Landlord furnished the Premises at his own cost with a Proportionate increase in the rent. The Office layout was prepared by a professional architect totally in consultations with the Company Personnels and keeping in mind the specific requirements of the Company.

Given the sensitivity of their data, the Company required a dedicated Server Room for their Servers.
Server Room / NOC Area
Thus a Seperate Server Room (as seen in adjoining images) with raised flooring to accomodate underfloor data and electrical cablings was created. The Server Room is equiped with Smoke Detectors and seperate Split Air Conditioner. A NOC Area is created adjoining the Server Room with a capacity to accomodate two people for monitoring the Servers. Access Controls are installed at the Server Room and the NOC Area.

Conference Room
The Complete Premises is Centrally Air Conditioned. The Layout is designed to accomodate a Reception, Conference Room (as seen in the adjoining images), 2 Executive Cabins, 20 Workstations, Server Room with NOC Area, Seperate Rest Rooms for Ladies and Gents and a Pantry. Everything from the Colour Combination of the Office and Furniture to the designd of tables and chairs are made in consultations with the company Personnels. As per the Company's request, special care has been taken to keep the depth of Office visible by using as much of glass wherever possible. Vibrant colours are used as per the Clients request.

Both the Executive Cabins are equiped with a small Circular Table (as can be seen in the adjoining images) besides the main Work Table.
Executive Cabins / Workstations
This avoids the exposure of Sensitive Documents and Information from incoming Guests and Visitors in the Executive Cabins. The Workstations are arranged in Linear Format and Partitions and Cubicles are avoided to keep an Open Office Policy.
