The occupant could be changed if required but a provision for the same has to be made in the Agreements. - Mostly premium locations or super expensive property owners in Bandra, Juhu, Worli, Cuffe Parade, Nepeansea Road, Altamount Road, Carmichael Road prefer a Company Lease.
