Indian Companies use technology to push Real Estate Sales
On Line Sales, Apps, Websites, Portals, Valuations etc….they all seem to be the buzz words.
Digital marketing in real estate has grown by leaps and bounds in the past 3 years and the domain is crowded now with a lot of players offering the same, similar services and trying to gain their own sq.ft.
It’s going to be interesting to see, who survives the unorganized real estate sector in India. The cities where business is derived are from are a handful and each company getting foreign funding in this domain showing the big daddies valuation is going to hit the sector’s reputation badly in coming times.
Technology definitely has changed the way Sales are done today, Mass Mailing, SMS Campaigns, and Digital marketing are here to stay, but the client is looking for that expertise and pricing, which is not forthcoming to him. There are a demand and supply glut, policy paralysis, especially in Mumbai. Oversupply in other cities etc. The issues of Housing are galore, however, one has to understand the dynamics of the city and country.
