Ajmera Realty Acquires 1,341.1 Sq Meter Land in Ghatkopar for Rs 51 Crore

Ajmera Realty & Infra India has acquired a 1,341.1 sq m land parcel in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai, for ₹51 crore through a competitive bidding process from a charitable trust. The site is expected to yield about 44,000 sq ft of carpet area. The acquisition adds to the developer's eastern-suburbs pipeline, where compact, well-located land parcels are increasingly contested.
