Arkade Developers has acquired a four-acre land parcel in Goregaon West, Mumbai, for about ₹165 crore, paying roughly ₹9.9 crore in stamp duty. The site is earmarked for a residential or mixed-use development. The purchase expands the developer's footprint in the western suburbs and sets up a project with an estimated value of around ₹2,000 crore.
