CIDCO invites bids for phase-I of 925-acre Navi Mumbai logistics park

CIDCO has invited bids for the first phase of its proposed 925-acre integrated logistics park in Navi Mumbai, opening leasing of nearly 174 acres across a dozen plots near Chirle. The phase is being offered through an expression of interest under a two-stage tendering and auction process.

The plots will be leased for 60 years, including the construction period, at a base price of around Rs 24,711 per square metre, or close to Rs 10 crore per acre. The wider park is designed to serve warehousing, cargo handling and distribution needs.

The location offers connectivity to the Jawaharlal Nehru Port, the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link and major highways. The project aims to capitalise on port-led trade, e-commerce and manufacturing-driven logistics demand in the region.
