Godrej Properties' net profit rises 32.49% in FY26
Godrej Properties reported a 32.49 per cent rise in consolidated net profit for the 2025-26 financial year, with profit after tax climbing to Rs 1,840.66 crore from Rs 1,389.23 crore a year earlier. The gain came on the back of record sales and strong project monetisation.
The developer delivered one of its strongest annual performances, buoyed by robust bookings across key markets including the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Management has set an aggressive sales target for the coming year as it scales its launch pipeline.
The results reinforce the broad upswing in listed real estate earnings amid sustained housing demand. Godrej Properties' growth reflects both pricing strength and the pace at which it has been converting its land bank into saleable inventory.
