Mahindra Lifespaces to Redevelop Lokhandwala Project with Rs 950 Crore GDV

Mahindra Lifespace Developers has been appointed to redevelop three residential societies in the Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai, in a project with an estimated gross development value of about ₹950 crore.
The mandate strengthens the developer's redevelopment pipeline in Mumbai's western suburbs, where society-led redevelopment of ageing buildings remains a major source of new housing supply.
