Oberoi Realty net profit rises by 12.67% to ₹2,507.43 crore in FY26

Oberoi Realty reported its highest-ever annual net profit, with profit rising 12.67 per cent to Rs 2,507.43 crore in the 2025-26 financial year from Rs 2,225.51 crore a year earlier. Consolidated revenue grew to around Rs 6,009 crore, marking the strongest year in the company's listed history.

The performance was powered by a robust fourth quarter and steady deliveries across its premium Mumbai portfolio, with pre-sales rising during the year. The board declared a dividend alongside the results.

The developer also outlined plans to raise capital to fund its growth pipeline. The record numbers reflect Oberoi Realty's positioning in the high-end Mumbai market, where premium absorption has remained firm.
