Office Leasing Demand to Grow 8-10% in FY26, Driven by BFSI and GCCs

India's Grade-A office leasing demand is projected to grow 8-10% in FY26 to about 47-49 million sq ft, led by the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector and global capability centres (GCCs).
