Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma has leased out his 1,298 sq. ft. apartment in Lodha Marquise – The Park, Lower Parel, for a monthly rent of 2.60 lakh. The lease, registered in January 2025, includes two car parking spaces and incurred a stamp duty of 16,300 and registration charges of 1,000.

Rohit Sharma and his father, Gurunath Sharma, purchased this apartment in March 2013 for 5.46 crore, and the current lease reflects a 6% rental yield. In addition to this property, they own another apartment in the same project, which was purchased for 5.70 crore and was leased out in October 2024 for ? 2.65 lakh per month.
