An investment firm has acquired a triplex apartment at Signature Island in the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) for close to ₹100 crore. The ultra-premium residence spans about 11,295 sq ft of carpet area on the 15th habitable floor of the Sunteck Realty-developed tower.
The deal underscores sustained demand for trophy homes in BKC, one of Mumbai's most valuable business-and-residential districts, where large-format luxury units continue to command record prices.
