Panasonic Life Solutions India Acquires Land in Mumbai

Panasonic Life Solutions India has acquired a land parcel measuring 6,586.90 square meters (approximately 7,877.87 square yards) in Mumbai for Rs.160 crore. The transaction was executed with River Rose Developers LLP, as per property registration documents accessed from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR).

The deal included a stamp duty payment of Rs. 9.60 crore and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000. Panasonic Life Solutions India, a key player in the electrical solutions industry, specializes in wiring devices, fans, lighting, solar equipment, switchgear, cables, and power tools.
