The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) is creating numerous millionaires, allowing individual investors to find it easier to buy homes due to consistent equity returns. Home loan EMIs have decreased to around 7%, while equity returns in mutual funds range between 6% and 20%. As a result, individual home buyers are maintaining their stock portfolios while leveraging capital gains from long-term stock investments to finance home purchases and benefit from tax deductions on EMIs.
