We provide a real-estate information and brokerage platform for Mumbai — including property listings, market information, and the ability to enquire about or list properties. Information is provided in good faith but is not a guarantee of availability, price, or suitability.

2. Use of the service

You agree to provide accurate information in enquiries and listings.
You will not misuse the service, attempt to scrape data at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Property details are indicative; verify all facts independently before any transaction.

3. WhatsApp communications

If you contact us on WhatsApp or respond to our messages, you consent to receive service-related messages (such as listing confirmations, updates and reminders) at the number you used. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. No agency guarantee

We facilitate connections between owners, buyers and tenants. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a third party, and we are not liable for the conduct of any third party or the outcome of any deal.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the website is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on any information provided.
