Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data held by Real Estate Mumbai (operated by the MPE group), including data collected through our website and our WhatsApp messaging services.
What data we may hold
- Your name and contact details (mobile number, email) provided in an enquiry or property listing.
- Details of a property you listed with us, or requirements you shared.
- WhatsApp messages and confirmations you exchanged with our business number.
How to request deletion
To have your personal data deleted, contact us through any one of the following and state that you want your data deleted, along with the mobile number or email you used:

What happens next
- We verify the request is from the owner of the contact details provided.
- We delete your personal data from our active systems, and instruct our messaging providers (including the WhatsApp Business Platform) to remove associated conversation data.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.
- Some records may be retained only where required by law (e.g. tax/accounting), and are then deleted once that obligation ends.
