- Andheri East: The project will cover a plot size of 6,811 sq meters, offering a saleable carpet area of 1.29 lakh sq ft and a projected turnover of 527 crore.
- Malad West: This project will span 6,337 sq meters, providing a saleable carpet area of 2.12 lakh sq ft, with an anticipated turnover of 758 crore.
- Borivali West: The largest of the three, this project will occupy 7,084 sq meters and deliver a saleable carpet area of 2.44 lakh sq ft, with a projected turnover of 865 crore. It includes a cluster of four societies, marking it as a significant community redevelopment effort.
