Price comparisons: an individual deal is not a valuation of another property. Building, view, floor, condition, tenure and area measurement matter. We do not publish a ₹/sq ft calculation where the area basis has not been reconciled.
Coverage: the main record covers Mumbai transactions dated 21 March–21 September 2026. Older purchases, transactions outside Mumbai and reports without a sufficiently precise transaction date are excluded from these counts.
