Singer Shaan Buys Three Bandra West Flats for ₹48 Crore

Singer Shaan and his wife Radhika Mukherji have purchased three apartments in Bandra West for ₹47.64 crore, creating a large luxury residence in one of Mumbai's most sought-after residential locations.

The apartments are situated in Palmera on Turner Road and together measure approximately 6,268 sq. ft. The purchase includes nine car parking spaces.

The three properties were acquired for approximately ₹15.88 crore each, with the overall transaction registered on August 20, 2026.

For Bandra's residential market, the deal highlights the premium attached to large homes in established neighbourhoods.

Finding a single apartment of more than 6,000 sq. ft. can be difficult even within Mumbai's luxury market. Combining adjoining units can therefore allow buyers to create customised residences while remaining within a preferred building and neighbourhood.

Such transactions also demonstrate why individual properties in Bandra cannot always be valued purely using an average price per square foot. Floor, building quality, configuration, parking, views and the ability to combine units can materially affect the final transaction value.
