Amitabh Bachchan has leased three commercial floors in Andheri West for ₹33 lakh per month under a five-year agreement.

The approximately 8,428 sq ft premises are located in a commercial building in the Oshiwara-Andheri West belt.

The lease includes a 5% annual escalation, which means the rental income will increase during the tenure. A security deposit of ₹1.98 crore has also been paid, while nine parking spaces form part of the transaction.
