Kamdhenu Realities Buys 4-Acre Navi Mumbai Land for ₹150 Crore

₹150 Crore Land Acquisition in Navi Mumbai

Kamdhenu Realities has acquired a four-acre land parcel on Thane-Belapur Road in Navi Mumbai for approximately ₹150 crore, strengthening its commercial real estate portfolio in the region.

The land has been acquired from RPG Life Sciences and offers a total development potential of approximately 1.8 million sq. ft.

Grade-A Commercial Park Planned

Unlike a residential development, Kamdhenu Realities intends to use the site for a large Grade-A commercial park.

The proposed development is expected to combine corporate office suites with high-street retail, food and beverage outlets, modern business infrastructure and lifestyle conveniences.

The larger land parcel gives the developer the ability to create a master-planned commercial destination rather than a standalone office building.

Strategic Thane-Belapur Road Location

The property is located close to IKEA and opposite the upcoming Pawane railway station, placing it along one of Navi Mumbai's important commercial corridors.

Thane-Belapur Road has gradually evolved beyond its traditional industrial base, with IT parks, corporate offices, technology businesses and data centres contributing to commercial activity in the area.

The acquisition also adds to Kamdhenu Realities' growing Navi Mumbai portfolio. The company has stated that it currently has a development pipeline of approximately 6.9 million sq. ft. across Navi Mumbai.
