Shakti Kapoor Sells Juhu Apartment for 6.11 Crore

Veteran Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor has sold his 881 sq. ft. apartment in Silver Beach Heaven Co-operative Society, Juhu, for Rs. 6.11 crore. The transaction, which was registered in December 2024, incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 36.66 lakh along with registration charges of Rs. 30,000, as per documents reviewed by Square Yards.

Juhu, known for its luxurious real estate market, continues to attract high-profile property transactions. Recently, actress Amrita Singh acquired a 2,712.9 sq. ft. residential apartment in the Peninsula building, Nutan Laxmi Cooperative Housing Society, for Rs. 18 crore, further highlighting the area's premium real estate demand.
